Accountancy is as much about people as process and Hoffman Consultants, as a true family business, combines the personality of a small firm with the capabilities of a large one. Father-and-son team Stephen and Mark Hoffman have years of accounting experience between them and are supported by a team of expert VAT and payroll specialists.

Paul Deas began his career in the Accountancy sector in 1986 and has worked in a variety of roles in industry, private practice and charitable organisations. He joined Hoffman Consultants LLP in 2012 as senior manager.

Paul has extensive knowledge of how a business should be run, together with vast experience of accounts production and taxation matters.

He has a variety of interests including watching sports and going to the theatre.

Kim qualified as an accountant many years ago and has worked in different areas of finance.

She has been employed in industry as well as small and large sized accountancy firms.

She has worked with Hoffman Consultants LLP for over 10 years and has experience in running multiple payroll departments.

Kim has various interests including walking her dog, watching football, volunteering for a local charity and socialising with friends and family.
